To help keep you safe and minimise risks we continually review and update our risk assessment for Covid 19 and have implemented procedures which may change in line with the latest government guidance.
At our B&B we have worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and we have a process in place to maintain excellent cleanliness and to keep up to date with the latest rules as they change.
● Cleanliness and hygiene is still our number one priority, with robust cleaning procedures in all bedrooms, public spaces and in the kitchen. We are a very small team involved in cooking, serving and cleaning at the B&B.
● When relevant and as guidelines change or are put in place we may send an email or letter to you prior to your arrival to highlight the changes we have in place at the B&B to keep us all safe.
● Your bedroom will be fully cleaned before your arrival and we will liaise with you to determine the frequency of service if you prefer limited contact.
● Breakfast will be served in the Dining Room and we have a buffet service for cold items. We serve you with hot breakfast items direct to your table. You do not need to pre-order or to state your breakfast time. We do not wear masks and we do not require guests to wear masks unless they prefer to do so.
●Payments for your stay can be made by BACS or card the day of arrival. We won’t be able to accept cheques or cash unless arrangements have been agreed previously.
This is a brief overview of the current situation and you may receive a more detailed letter when you confirm a booking with us if it is relevant. If you would like to discuss the approach at the B&B or to make a booking please contact us. We are looking forward to a busy and successful season in 2022.
